• Account information: your name, customer code, phone number, region and address, as registered with us when you became a customer.
• Shipping data: your shipments, package tracking numbers, weights, invoices, balances and payment records.
• Login credentials: a username and password provided to you by our team. Passwords are stored securely as salted hashes and are never visible to staff.

The App does not collect your location, contacts, photos, advertising identifiers, or any data from your device beyond what is needed to sign you in and show your own shipping records.

How we use your information

• To authenticate you and display your own shipments, invoices, balance and payment history.
• To operate, maintain and improve our shipping services.

We do not sell your personal information, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except where required by law.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored on our servers and transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Access sessions use expiring security tokens that you can revoke at any time by logging out.

Account deletion

App accounts are created and managed by Al Reda Shipping for its customers — there is no self-registration. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by contacting us using the details below or the phone number on your invoices. Deletion requests disable your app access, and your personal data will be removed except where we are legally required to retain records (e.g., accounting).

Children's privacy

The App is intended for customers of Al Reda Shipping and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
